8:30am Dana + second shooter arrive at Commonwealth Club to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
10:45am Bride gets into her gown
11:15am Second shooter arrives at guys' getting ready location to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
11:30am Bride, bridesmaids, and bride's immediate family photos at Commonwealth Club
12:15pm Groom, groomsmen, and groom's immediate family photos at Commonwealth Club
1pm Guys head to the church; second shooter heads to church to photograph ceremony details at this time
2pm Ceremony
2:30/3pm Dana + second shooter to photograph combined family, combined wedding party + bride/groom portraits at this time
4/4:30pm Dana + second shooter to photograph reception details at this time
5pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph any lingering details and/or group photos at this time
6pm Reception begins
10pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
